An amazing time was had by all over a glorious, sun-soaked, booze riddled weekend. Many thanks go to Adrian, the martyr! Without him, we would have probably gone hungry, got lost and got very grumpy. A big shout out to Rob the Viking... The stories of you will be passed down through the generations for centuries to come! To top it all off, we raised over £300 for the British Red Cross

**Richard Wollham joins us on a full-time basis as the NEW MENS' COACH. Many thanks to Chef who steps down as head coach. He will still be very much involved within the club and his contributions to the progress and success of NMRFC are to be honest, second to none**
